Type your premium, your coverages, the cars and the drivers. In a few seconds you get the discounts you likely qualify for — including the ones Florida law says every insurer must give — the coverages worth a second look, and exactly what to say on the call. No account. Nothing stored.
Free — takes 40 seconds
Monthly or 6-month premium, the company, the cars (year, paid off or financed), the drivers (ages, any tickets), how many miles a year, and the coverages if you know them — PIP, property damage, bodily injury, collision, comprehensive, deductibles.
Why this exists
Florida law requires two discounts nobody mentions. Most insurers give six more on request. And many drivers carry collision on a car worth less than the deductible. This lists what to ask for — in the order that saves the most — and gives you the words.
How it works
Premium, cars, drivers, coverages. Nothing is saved.
Florida-required discounts, common ones, coverages worth a look — in English or Spanish.
The filled-in script, the two-quote comparison sheet and the follow-up email, in the full version.
Plans
The free version lists the discounts and the coverages to ask about. The call kit fills in the script, gives you the two-quote sheet, the certificate list and the follow-up email.
One membership unlocks the full version of ALL our bill tools — utility, internet, subscriptions, bank fees, auto insurance — plus renewal watches that email you the script before any price jumps. Less than one late fee.
All prices in USD, handled by Stripe. Finding the discounts never goes behind a paywall.
Common questions
The core discount and coverage check is free, and nothing you type or paste is stored — there's no account. If you want a printable call script for one policy it's $4.99, and a monthly plan for credit unions, unions or employers is $99/month; those are optional add-ons, not required to use the tool.
The tool doesn't promise any savings — it's not an insurance agent and it can be wrong. It shows you the discounts Florida law requires insurers to give plus common ones most companies offer but don't advertise, so you know what to ask your agent about.
Florida law requires a discount if you complete an approved defensive-driving course — must be offered to drivers 55 and older (Fla. Stat. 627.0652) — and a discount for approved anti-theft devices and airbags (Fla. Stat. 627.0653). You have to ask for these and give your insurer the certificate; the company won't apply them automatically.
Florida only requires $10,000 PIP and $10,000 property damage liability; bodily injury liability isn't required for most drivers, but the tool says it's strongly recommended and shouldn't be dropped. Collision and comprehensive may not be worth keeping on an older, paid-off car, but if the car is financed, the lender requires both — check with your agent before changing anything.
Adding a teen driver raises the premium substantially, and the tool doesn't invent a number for you. It points to the usual offsets — good-student, driver-training and telematics discounts — and reminds you never to leave a household driver off the policy.
